Smart Consultancy (Scotland) Ltd was founded in 2003 by David Smart. David has approaching 20 years’ experience working as a consultant to various organisations in the public, voluntary and private sectors. Prior to moving into consultancy, David had over 10 years’ experience of working for Scottish local authorities – developing policies, managing a range of external budgets and projects, and establishing area based regeneration and employment initiatives.
Director David Smart is an Associate of the Improvement Service, and a Senior Associate of the Social Marketing Gateway and the Business Success Partnership.
